The focus is on lifestyle change and balanced nutrition weight loss, specifically Weight Watchers and their Winning Points Plan. The website has a chat room and forum blog for support, along with numerous information resources and links for weight loss and diet research. She has a very impressive restaurant nutrition menu to look up information on popular restaurant foods. The website sells numerous products, including books, T-shirts, diet software, mugs, license plate covers, cookbooks and other items.

Dotti's Weight Loss Zone is a decent Mom-and-Pop site that is plastered with advertising. No problem with that, we all have to pay our bills, but strangely enough she solicits donations so she can keep the site online. This site has had millions of visitors over the years. From this person's opinion, who faces the same financial challenges, millions of visitors, advertsing, affiliate links and selling pretty good cookbooks adds up to significant income. I don't think there's much need to send in donations.
